I found the DiSC concept fascinating! I think that the training gave our team an opportunity to get to know each other better and gain a greater understanding about the way we work - both differently and the same! I will use what I learned about how my style can positively impact my co-workers and how to recognize and appreciate what they bring to the table as well. I think it's super important that we use the DiSC training to support a better understanding of how we can interact with each other, but not to pigeon hole each other based on our style profiles.
